Help me decide please!!!

My Brinsea is all full 49 eggs
PI-24 incubator tray is all full as well-25 eggs
But now my brain is saying, there is room on both sides of the tray for more eggs. So what if they can't rotate for first 3-5 days, I can manually rotate them and put them in the tray once a few clears have been eliminated.

So shall I go for it? Put more eggs in? or let it go? I have about 55 minutes.

I am waiting for your votes.

Let me vote first-

Put more eggs in- Yes!!!

Remember you have eggs in your bator and they will be soooooo much cuter then the one's at the store. lol
This is our first hatch so I'm nervous about not getting very many, but we don't need a ton. I need to have confidence so I don't crowd my new chicken shed we are building!!! LOL.. Everyone at my job just thinks I'm crazy!!

Everything is new, but I have used the Brinsea Octagon 20 before so all that set-up is correct. I did a test run on the 40 for 24 hrs before connecting the humidity pump and everything was working fine.

I will let it run overnight and see what happens.
I am curious about what happened with your humidity pump. I got one, but so typically me, I didn't test it out and just hope it works in about 19 more days. I know you were having issues. What did you learn about using it?

First, I love that you used the word "need" instead of want. This is the first sign that your chicken shed is about to become overrun with peeps LOL!

Ok, I got 5 Yes votes and 1 No. Even though the No Vote is pretty heavy, but I have decided to go with the majority.

4 more eggs are in.

So My Final count is 78 chicken eggs

I just bought the 9300 and I am doing a test hatch in it right now. I didn't see your reviews of it until after I had bought it so I guess we will see. I do have it at 103 on the digital and I have somehow got my probe to stay in the same place and it has kept consistent all weekend at 99, but I do have to admit I check it at least 3 or 4 times a day. I was hoping for a set it and forget it incubator but I guess that will be added to the wish list. It did take me several days to get it stay at 99-100 but it seems that since I put the eggs in it has been better. Here's crossing my fingers for a good hatch.

Wishing u the best of luck

Help me remember that I have eggs in the incubator at home. We just got a shipment of chicks at the store I work at and they are sooo tempting!!!
You must remember that you have eggs at home in the incubator.
Yeah, it will still be three weeks until they hatch.
Yeah, you have to wait and they may not all hatch.
Sometimes there are losses and the chicks just don't hatch...

But if they all hatch they will be so cute and adorable and fluffy.

But, the chicks at the store are here now...
and it will be three more weeks until the eggs at home hatch.
These are already here and they are so cute and adorable and fluffy.

Of forget it. Bring 'em all home. LOL!
