 Not bacteria, egg yolk,  looks like a rupture of the yolk sack.  It may have happened after death.  I'm sorry for your loss, but opening it will help you learn a lot, even if you don't always know what you are looking at.

Hey! I was wondering if y'all have a picture of a candled egg with a broken yolk sack? One of my eggs look odd but the veins are all there ?
 
I don't ever recall noticing the yolk sack broken during candling. I have seen yolk drip out of the pip hole and I have seen it coat the chick inside the shell, but I have not personally seen it by candling. My last hatch (last weekend) I had a chick that I helped out of the shell and found that it had a full crop. The yolk sack had ruptured and evidently, the chick had been swallowing the yolk rather than breathing it. I helped it out, but it didn't make it. I had never seen a chick hatch with a full crop.
