Yes leave it alone but yellow is an indication that the yolk did not absorb correctly. The chick may be sticky so watch for leg problems and weakness. It might need some vitamins when it hatches--and a bath!

We have a chick!!! It's very active, and crawling into other eggs... Is that ok?
CC I was wondering where you have been? I was getting worried, we knew you had been sick. I am so happy to see you on here!I'm jealous of y'all.
I was sick the week before setting day and couldn't finish rebuilding my incubator.
I now have 75 eggs in there due in 14 days, 21 hours.
I think I'm adding another 10 today though I have about 50 more that should go in.
Pictures please!
It is ok as long as the chick is not playing hockey with the other eggs.
thank you! Ill just keep an eye on it and go grab some vitamins real quick. A bath will be easy thank God.Yes leave it alone but yellow is an indication that the yolk did not absorb correctly. Looks fine. It should still be able to hatch with the pip there.
Egg soccer? A chick in the incubator will help cheer the others on for hatching, but sometimes they get a bit rowdy. We have a chick!!! It's very active, and crawling into other eggs... Is that ok?
