So, my hatch is complete. Out of 7 eggs a total of 7 live chicks hatched.

So chick # 2 zipped out about 2 hours ago - about 12 hours after his singular pip this AM. This chick has much bigger feet than the first chick. Also made more noise during the hatch. Is that a sign it might be a roo? Any thoughts? Both are Barred Plymouth Rock. Egg #3 showing no signs of anything, but will hold out hope a little longer!

Had to tape a crooked toe on one. Comes off tomorrow.



Two sleepy babies, needed assistance. Doing well, I feed them and give them water,
doing better through out the day, more chirping and wanting out of the glass. Not yet!

A SG and looks like a white silkie. Pure white.

Wow! you can really see into those mini incubators! Nice hatch so far.

Chick #2 is not doing great. It is very weak. It piped out of the bottom. I am praying it makes it!

15 left to hatch!! Have 4 more pipped/zipping. 2 had hatched just before the pic..

I bought the brinsea Eco 20 replacing a FI fan styro..and wow! It has been a much better experience than my previous too many painful/long/crappy hatches!!!

At the moment I have
12/31 (27 lockdown) hatched with 4 more working and 7 were set the day or 2 later.
