Wings flapping for contest photos, yes. Contests are open to all BYC members some are restricted to Continental US. Each contest will have who may enter in it's Rules section.

Showing my California-ness, but at 45-50 degrees, I'm in pants and a sweatshirt..........not shorts.  Anything below 65 and it's COLD.

We went to Wyoming at the end of May once.  We were wrapped up in full winter down jackets like we were going to die of hypothermia at any second.  That wind just goes right through you.  We went into town to go to dinner and the locals were in shorts and t-shirts.   Ummm, yeah, we stuck out a tad bit.

Could have been worse. Visited my parents in WY last Christmas and it got down to -20. Just about froze my nose-hairs off.

Lol you guys are cracking me up!!! I'm a California native. Was born and raised in Sacramento. I never knew what "cold" was until I moved east! Waaaah!!!!!We grew up making "a day of going to the snow"!!! When you live in it,it's annoying!
