I have some Seramas in my batch I was planning on locking down tomorrow - day 19. Should I lock them down today? Oops.....

Update: No I can't sleep I'm too excited!!! I've counted 13 pips or peeps? Is that what you call it when the shell is breaking off from them

Have any hatched yet?

@BantyChooks Total set was 41 of my mixed eggs. I have a semi-broody but not sure she's committed. If she remains on the nest for a few more days she will be separated and given her own quarters with a clutch of eggs. Unfortunately, she decided to go broody a tad late to count in my numbers.

turkey went to setting 3-27-17 I think she has 6 or 7 eggs. last time cover by to (sold him) 26 th. February....she raised chicken chicks pretty good but the pols .Most of them were dummys. maybe I'll plant some chick eggs to guide the turkeys when they hatch. IF THEY HATCH.

I would, but I have not hatched seramas.

Not yet still just hammering though I'm hearing a lot of cheeping now.

More eggs have begun to peep.

I wish they would come out already but I wonder if I have the eggs stacked to close to one another for them to hatch efficiently. What do you think?

I haven't hatched seramas either but after the dream I had last night about my Easter chicks hatching early whilst still turning, early hatchers are on my mind

They should be fine, I can't say I've ever had problems when the incubator has been packed with eggs. Have you got your humidity high? At least 65% if not more?
