Yes, it is scary to think of Barbara unsupervised. However, Leroy is keeping his eye on her. I will post a picture tomorrow.
Leroy is a good rooster. He not only watches out for Barbara but for the four BIG Wyandotte girls who are at least four times his weight. Leroy and the BLRW were hatched together, so I was surprised that he took up with Barbara. Those Wyandotte girls are way plenty for a banty roo. I have a Wyandotte cockerel who looks like he is going to be the size of a turkey, but he is a few months younger, so Leroy can keep his big ladies for now.
