They will be 4 mos old Aug 21st. I wish i was that lucky. While im at it ill dream that the other 9 are girls too lol
I cant remember the milestones for my toulouse pair either and they are only a year old. Neither of those layed eggs or tried to mate this year so im still guessing. They dont honk much anymore either.
May still be too young to tell by stance. but If the other 9 are girls then you need to bottle your water and put it on ebay.

The only time mine usually make any honking is if they are separated.

In the Sebastopol's it seems when the feathering comes in the ganders start walking with their head up higher that gander strut. They get more confident as they mature. But they still are big babies until after a year old.

Mine is still a big baby and he was 6 in may. Oh and I had to pull feather buggers out of his nostrils today both of them clogged with feathers.

I could me a millionaire. I have two of the younger pied chinese that strut and dont look where they go. They are 7 wks old. All of them have nasty attitudes because of being raised by geese

Usually BIG stinkers when raised by other geese. They get flighty and offish. It is hard to see the goslings you raise inside with tender loving care turn into flighty scared brats!

The 6 i raised are sweethearts. The other 6 are brats. I weaned them this week to tame them down. Baby Fro has never been mean so it didnt take long for him/her. The others however still try to run through the fence to get away then when i turn around they want to bite me. If i cant tame them ill have to rehome the meanies.
