More babies! We have a total of 38 total with more pipping and zipping as I type.
Tracy -- I thought I heard one of the babes whistling that tune!
Look at the range of color on these guys! Yes, we have chipmunks but these chipmunks have lots of variety in shading and color. I love the bright yellow! I think it's interesting that a couple of them only have a stripe on their heads, one distint and one indistinct.

They're sleeping but then they jump up and are very bouncy, even though still clumsy. They are so adorable!
First born chick has been dubbed "Faster" because he was, of course. But he continues to live up to his name by waiting until there's a group of peacefully sleeping chicks. Then he takes an incredibly fast dash over the top of the sleepers and they all start up while he looks on with a smug look on his beak. (Okay, maybe I'm exagerrating about the smug look.
) I saw him do it 2 times while I was watching. I think he's a mess!

There's Faster in front, waiting till they all get good and settled before making another "rouse the troops" dash! Faster has been very good to show them where the food and water is though, so while he's having fun at their expense he's also being a very good birdie. I love these little guys.

I'll update you this evening.
Taz must be really busy -- hope she checks in soon, I'm dying to see pics of her troop! Hope everything is okay there, Tonya.
Edited for spelling.
