They dont. I think she means splash. They only have the standard colors on their website.

Not quite yet. They can be shown but arent recognised as a color just yet. Hatcheries dont carry them, only breeders.

If I wanted to sell splash silkie chick's how much should I sell them for.

How common are splash where you live? Do your local hatcheries ever carry them? Splash is a desirable color so you can get away with making a little off them, but where they are just hatchery quality I wouldnt expect too much. Here I can sell them for 8$ each easily. I would advertise with pics and see what kind of interest you get and go from there. I use splash in my calico project pen, so I keep my best ones and sell off what I dont need quite often.

Never seen one here (or anywhere for that matter) and there is no local hatcheries as far as I know. Thanks for the help now I just have to get someone to buy 20 silkies. It can't be that hard. Right?

Nah it wont be too hard especially if silkies in general are hard to come by in your area. Just provide pics of them as well as how they look as adults and ppl will come wanting them all. Which hatchery you going through?

Cakel hatchery unless you know of a better place to get them. You are right silkies are hard to come by here but when you do see them you see alot of them.

So why do splash polish chicken look like paint silkies?? and what is a reasonable price to cell adult birds for at laying and breeding age. For females and male.
