Cochin is the most broody I ever had the second was RIR three was EE I have only had three broody's

Yes! My 3 BC hens have all gone broody, 2 are now!
I didn't choose them for best broody because, each one has been broody once.

But my most successful hatch was my BA, she only hatched one chick though.
And that was my first hatch!!

My SF and BC don't have a rooster YET, (hopefully soon) but I have a feeling both breeds will make outstanding mothers!! Fingers crossed!!

I forgot to mention, I have an egg from another flock under my one BC hen!
I might do the same with the others, first I'll see if it works then I'll know from there!!!

I have; 1 Delaware/Dorking rooster and 1 Delaware/Dorking/New Hampshire hen!
And if the egg hatches that I have under my Cochin, I'll have; 1 Del/Dork/Buff Brahma!
