Nina, Darla and Manny were all adopted and Bya (a pittie mix with seizures) is pending. We also have someone interested in Ilene and another in Peppa.

Adam is getting his chance to go up for adoption!

Peppa is so sweet!!!!
 
Guess what! Ilene got adopted today! Not only that, but Zippy (a new dog), Dover and Bya were as well. And also Chunk-A-Monk, Adam and Zither got to go into a wonderful foster program to help them with some behavior and stress problems they have.

Sasha is getting to go up for adoption now! Reece, a 5-6 month-old hound mix puppy was neutered today so should get his chance to go up for adoption as well. Dory, the shy 4-month-old pryrenees mix, is going into foster to help her learn how to be a dog.

Dogs waiting their turn for the go ahead to be adoptable are Rigby, Danby (poor guy was returned), Lita, Boomer (he has a broken pelvis but is healing and able to walk), Caleb (total sweetie), Vixie, John and Cagney. I believe Nina may have been returned as well, as I saw a dog that looked just like her without a name on her cage.

Margot was made dog of the week, and hopefully can find her perfect family and Moose has some people interested and is going to have surgery on his torn ACL!

All and all, things are going pretty well around here.

A picture of Boomer with a staff member when he went to the vets. A sweet, shy boy with blue eyes! He's a hound dog, came in with Vixie, who may be his sister.


Sasha getting a tummy rub. She is being treated for an anal gland infection but is all and all doing well and hopefully to find her home soon!
 
Margot and Wrangler were adopted yesterday!!!!! Not only that, but we have some new dogs up for adoption!!

Caleb, one of the sweetest ever pitties. He's around 5 and so wiggly and cuddly.


Cheyenne is a 5 month-old Cattle dog mix. Shy but so sweet.


Chloe, a border collie mix female.


Danby was returned but he is so handsome so will hopefully find a home soon.


Nina was returned but is doing okay and she is so cute that I'm sure she'll be adopted soon.


Reece is a Plott Hound mix puppy that is up for adoption. So cute and fun.
 
Reece and Vixie were adopted! And we have some people interested in Cheyenne and Chloe.

Landon is a total sweet-heart Akita mix


Here is Legend, a sweet boy who is up for adoption!


Lennox is one of the nicest dogs I have met at the shelter. He will lean against you and snuggle forever.


Lita is up for adoption!!!


Rigby's skin condition cleared up and he is now up for adoption!

I'm sorry about Babe. We just lost our 11 year-old dog three days ago. Being able to hug the shelter dogs helped, but it's still hard.
