Jock watched as Sherbert crossed with a slightly sad look on his face. "Bye. Pretty lady." He thought to her, then turned and started walking away in the forest with his head down lower than usual.

Owl followed him, "She seems to like you? Why didn't you follow her?" he asked him.

Sherbert crossed the river and made her way back to her den. Her head hanging lower than it should have been as beta. She shook herself and walked into her den. Laying down on the cold stone. She shook her head, he was from the other pack anyways? wasn't he...? so why was she so drawn to him?
