I keep getting these white birds
with black and brown feathers from this male and hens that look just like this hen. Is this dominant or recessive white?

You're welcome.Thanks for sharing, but it's going to be quite difficult to find answers, there are so many hidden genes that affect the phenotype and can cause false positives. Your Coop if filled with them. We can only guesstimate with a high or somewhat high certainty but never be 100% be sure.

IIRC, blues commonly have some variation in color and one of the challenges of breeding good blues is to have an even shade of blue with even, regular lacing.
