And those would breed true if I was lucky enough to get a pair? Or would I get all sorts of other things, including regular spangleds?

Most people try to keep and breed for rich red colored spangled(as in spangled Sussex) its quite dificult because gold seems to lose a shade a generation if one does not pay much attention to breeding. You will be basically banking on that and just breeding the ones with paler gold until you end up with a buff tone like Millie Fleur.

Or breed Spangled with Millie Fleur and breed the best F1s.

Breed spangled Cornish to a different breed with Mille fleur for the F1 option?

That's an Option. It has been clearly applied to all of those colors on the Bantam Cornish not found on the standard sized birds.
I don't understand what you meant if this(👇) wasn't what you originally meant

I'm just trying to figure out what will be best in the long run. I'm wanting actually marked birds, not the blotchy nightmares people sell other breeds as Mille fleur of.

My post was not complete.

I meant:

Breed Your best Spangled(or any other pattern, but Spangled should be the best since they already have a similar pattern) With a Millie Fleur Pattern breed(not necessarily MF d'uccle) to produce F1(50% Cornish/50% MF Patterned breed)
