What does Khaki chick down look like?

It looks white. Looks nothing like 007, did. But the color on the wings matches his tail, & rump region.(Adult Plumage)

Khaki is The name of the Phenotype based on Extended Black and Homozygous Dunn, so E/E, I^D/I^D, The chick on the picture has many yellow sections on his body because of the White Crest and Extended Black Yellow sections on the chick down. But Khaki can be seen(Faintly) on the parts of the body where it should be black.

So the down color can vary depending on Phenotype? Not sure I understood fully.

Correct. That is true to other diluters and e alleles, for example Blue, Splash, Dun, Khaki.
