So, the Leghorns aren't silver based?They will all hatch white with black spots but the females will inherit their dad's dark shanks. males will have yellow shanks.
They are, but they are also either Extended black or Dark Birchen under all of that white.So, the Leghorns aren't silver based?

Some people have taken advantage of the trait, to produce Grey Eggers(Olive with super heavy bloom), & Pink, or purple eggers(Chocolate, or dark brown with thick bloom)
I believe @gimmie birdies , has Gray Eggers.
