I'm pretty sure Golden Neck d'Uccle is just Mille Fleur plus Dominant White (which turns black to white.)

So all the offspring would look like Golden Necks.

Would that make the red into gold? There is a definite difference between the red on the millie fleur and the cold on the gold neck

Not on the Heterozygous(I/i+), You see the effect you see is the effect of Homozygous Dominant white on gold based birds

I'm interested in blue buff columbians. On another thread, you said to cross the buff columbian with a splash. I'm curious why a splash instead of a blue. Will a blue work as well/the same? Thank you.

Yes, blue will work but only 50% of the chicks will be blue.
