What should I expect if I crossed this girlView attachment 3347099To this boy? I know sexlinked Barring is one.

That rooster is eWh/eWh Wheaten.. Then hen is half wheaten(from buff dame)

all of the eWh/eWh chicks can't be sexed at hatch due to that.

I thought you said the Cockerel was e+/E^Wh?

The hen's mother was a Buff Orpington/Australorp hen.

The father of the hen, was a Buff Orpington/Barred Rock rooster.

New chicken keeper here and head-over-heels for beards, boots, and Easter eggers. Also like landraces & hardy dual purpose birds. What are my options?

My flock has started with EE’s I believe are a Welsummer roo, lavender Americauna roo, and 2 BCM hens. My favorite is the Americauna but I’m afraid his solid, pale coloring has made him a target in 2 predator attacks within his brief 4 months of existence. His coloring is stunning but I’m swearing off such novelties from here on out. My birds need camouflage!

I’m thinking about adding a Mille Fleur D’Uccle to my flock but how small are they exactly? My Americauna is small but would he be too big for a MFD? Is there another breed similar to MFD but larger?

So I’ve heard but how does that scale to a small Americauna roo? I can’t visualize it.
