Sent them questions about the video, hopefully they get back to me sometime today, or tomorrow.

They're trying to get views based on the 'wow' factor of it looking like something unusual. There's no way they're outright going to tell you they faked it.

As far as I know, the comb itself wasn’t dyed

I don't believe that's dye in the feathers, I think it's a side-effect of the color editing, which you can also see somewhat in the feathers on the neck in the video you posted.

I didn't see anything in the feathers in the video except for a glare on the body.

Just wanted answer, rather then a bunch of speculation.
