Maybe White Partridge? Though, that's not really catchy.
I believe they are called Splash Partridge in the UK, while they don't have dominant white on them, the Splash acts like it diluting the black to white(as it does on birds not based on Extended black)Um red/white partridge? I know, I know not imaginative.

The birds I showed you are based on Splash, Dominant white is very rare on Large European birds.
