I hatched mine. They are a LOT of fun! You can look into it!

The only problem is that they cannot be housed with chickens...

I have ten! I want to recruit some celedons soon!!!

They are so cute!! I want to get some quail! Maybe in the future.

I could relate till a few weeks ago. I set 40 eggs and had a poopy hatch, 4 hatched. But better than none!

Then now I have 45 eggs in lockdown, teo have hatched so far. Wekll see how many more I get.

That's cool. I want celadons so bad. I set about 7 celadon eggs. I forget how many exactly. All were duds though unfortunately.

One of the locals was selling a dozen for $5!!!! Cheapest ever!! But sadly, our times did not match up!

NR360. I don't blame the incubator though. I think shipping played a big role. They were shipped in the dead of summer, in Texas heat. Some got literally cooked in shipping.

This current hatch is all from local eggs, and I can already tell the developement rate is 1000x better.

Thats good!!! How many are you planning to have?

My aviary can on fit...about (50?) quail??

Thats if each bird gets one square feet, but I hear a LOT of conflicting information on how much space they need.
