The Authentic Scavenger Hunt

Me holding Martha as a youngster, when she would still hop on my lap for cuddles. She's a big girl now, and doesn't let me pick her up anymore, but is a fabulous layer.

Next, birds eating a tasty treat!
Is this close enough?

If so, Next- a bantam OR a large fowl

Way back when, we had issues with mud right outside the coop door. It gave ample opportunity to get pictures of muddy feet. Thank goodness that's not a problem anymore! :sick

Next hunt: Keeping to the same theme, how about a duck with a muddy face? :D

Edit: No muddy ducks? :hmm How about any fowl standing near or in mud?

Next hunt--which of your birds would you call a princess?
I’d call this bantam pullet a “princess”, she has no name yet :( (suggestions are open):

Before today, I regretted ever taking her home last week! She was SUPER flighty and her attitude just all around sucked! But this cold morning, I decided to give her a warm snuggle, for ol’ Times sake and she wasn’t even the slightest bit scared of me! She now jumps on my hands when a kneel down for her to be picked up. Oh boy, how 10 minutes can completely change someone’s whole day around. :love Turns out, I don’t regret my decision one bit!

Next- A bantam pullet/hen
