What is a pop door?

Yes, as others have said, its a small chicken door. I use auto-chicken doors to keep my chickens safe @night, but they can go through a small chicken door to the run around sunrise.

Unfortunately my coop is not decorated. Anyone else?

The closest thing I've got to any sort of decorating in my coops is this sign my mother picked up for me last year that's now inside my goose coop:
