"Wind wanted me to tell you that it is almost time for Arrow's ceremony." Bright said to Lightning.

"Come on, let's get out of this cave."

The filly stepped forwards eagerly but stumbled, her legs still unsteady.

Bright signaled some guards to watch over the filly, to ensure that the angry horses didn't get too close.

Wind signaled for the herd to gather at the Great Rock for Arrow's ceremony.

Sitka moved to follow Lightning, her steps shaky, but growing stronger.

"Sagemint herd!" Wind's deep voice carried across the Cimarron, "Today, we honor a great young horse for his bravery, honor, and intelligence. Arrow, step forward!" The young stallion stood in front of the herd, his chest stuck out in pride.

"Arrow, today you enter the world of the stallions." Wind nodded at Arrow. "From this day on, you will be known as Racing Dawn!"

Arctic Dragon and the rest of Wind's council bowed to 'Racing Dawn'.

"Thank you for this great honor, my father." Racing Dawn bowed to Wind.

"Thank you, my son, for honoring this herd!" Wind smiled.

Sitka remained standing, her blue eyes watching the ceremony.

Race trotted proudly next to Wind and the council as the walked away to give Race new orders.

Jay listening to the ceremony, but didn't bother watching.

Sitka's eyes followed Race and Wind, her gaze was admiring, but there was something else unreadable in her expression.
