i am thinking what it is costing to feed my large birds i need to focus on bantams- and there are orpingtons??? achhh now i'm lost! i have bantam cochins, and may start adding a new pen for orps..

Tricia - my US standards book is from 1915, so guess things change - just takes a while, keep up the good work

here is a little lad I took outside to get a pic of, he ran around like a roadrunner - lots of pics of his tail......but did get one showing the work in progress .

I really like the lemon cuckoo. Have a mottled type buff growing out at the moment myself. As it is getting older some of the white is fading but not all of it, hoping that as it molts the white will express even more. Hatched several more of them out and have another heavy mottled white in the brooder now. Hoping for a pair to cross down the road to see what I get.
