That is such amazing luck! So far my girls do most of the naming, it’s so hard for me to think of so many. Or tell most apart lol. I’ve been slowly banding and naming now that we’ve mostly rehomed everyone for the year. Still have about 50 I’d guess 😂
I have no idea how all yall do it with so many!
11 babies hatch before last bout drove me crazy trying to keep track of who's who! What butt did I just check and the counting and them moving LOL!
But if I don't hit breaks soon I'm gonna be more than illegal! LOLOL

We’ve probably rehomed about half, the feed costs were just getting out of hand (especially while on flockdown). They just magically happen and then I count, followed by freaking out lol. It’s been lots of little purchases here and there, “just” three orders… We are only really allowed 14 and no roos 😬 Luckily our neighbours don’t care

I do! I have 3 flocks! Flock 2 has other breeds.

Beautiful babies!!!
I'm at a loss on names myself! 😆

Quick question yall...this is my first time with cochins. I've only raised Satin, Silkie and D'uccles.
How do they differ? Anything I need to be cautious of?
They are 4 days old...it was only an hour drive here and they slept majority way here and constantly since getting them home...nearly 3 hours!
I got em up once bout an hour n half and got em to drink water. That's when I took pic too.
They hadn't ate yet.
They just sleeping a lot!
Reckon it's just cuz the drive and difference in place?

Names are sooooo hard! I love Goose though 😂 One of my EE makes a honking sound and it reminded me of that lol

Since they’re so fresh out of the egg, I’d guess they’re just resting up and are good to go 🤞🏼 Lots of big changes for such lil babies!
