The best scrambled eggs ever

I know it sounds lame but this method of making scrambled eggs really makes a difference. Its my wife's favorite.

Hmmm... I'll have to try it. It looks a little goopy though, is it? Goopy eggs freak me out so maybe I'd have to "overcook" them but I like the way that method looks otherwise.

I use chives in my scrambled eggs also sausage and cheese, but I want my eggs DONE DONE DONE, half cooked eggs makes me run tothe bathroom and upchuck.

It has a thinner texture than regular sour cream. It is spelled Creme Fraiche if you want to google it.

These eggs arent goopy at all. If you like them a little stiffer then cook them longer. I think they look goopy because he used so much butter.
