Interesting note with at least the Octagon 20 Eco, there is approximately 0.5 degrees Fahrenheit differences between the far clockwise rotation vs. the far counter-clockwise rotation of the whole incubator when in or not in the auto turn cradle. I have a custom wireless battery powered sensor in the incubator that logs the temp and humidity values in real time. The temp-humidity sensor is deployed about 1in below the stock Octagon 20 Eco thermometer. For a couple of days I hand turned the whole incubator by hand then I put it into the auto turn cradle to see if the results would be the same. So, far they are. I just thought that I would post it. I mean 0.5 degree difference is not huge; however, it is notable. It maybe caused by "warmer" air rising and/or the whether the sensor is "upwind" or "downwind" of the water wells. I do have them filled. I might be getting a slight "swamp" cooler effect. Or it could be something completely different
. Anyways, it is interesting.
