THE Brinsea Octagon 20 Eco Thread; Hatches, etc. (PICS)

I love my Eco 20, although getting the humidity up for lockdown can be a challenge. I've had good hatches and the turner makes life very easy. I use wadded up paper towels to keep any loose eggs from getting thrown around.
good idea i used zip ties between the bars to keep that from happening this time

I just mine yesterday and the glass read 101 this morning. Do I turn it down till 100 and then set eggs in?

I haven't been following this real close but I had a separate them/humidity thing in the egg tray. My top thermometer read 101 but the one in the egg tray read 99. That's just me though. I'm not telling you what to do.

Thank you I thought it should work but wanted other people advise. I have swedish flowers arriving tomorrow to put in.

Pele: Glad to read your post. I am looking to purchase an EcoGlow 20, but Brinsea has them OUT OF STOCK. Do you know where I can purchase one, new or used?

For those of you that set your eggs using egg cartons... Did you bleach the cartons to kill any bacteria before setting the eggs? How was your hatch rate? Setting eggs tomorrow & would really love to try this. Thanks in advance for any suggestions / replies.
