They are just too cute! Love the little baby pics so much.

That was the most adorable and entertaining catch up ever!!! :love :gig

Tony, so very glad the enormous dosages of cuteness didn't cause Julie Bird to come to a short and untimely end... although, I did expect for the end of her EEEEEEEEEEEEEE to fall off at least... :lau

FFFFFFFFFFFFF...

JB, I just love you so much... :hugs

Thank you so much RavynFallen. And the feeling is mutual. You're so much fun. And we get each other. I love that, my EEEEEEEEEEEEEE's end falling off. FFFFFFFFFFFFF. HOOPOOSE DOSAGES OF TINY.

This is prolly not the best idea for me at work today. The right screen has my attention far more than the left. Hmmm.
LOL! But employee morale has to count for something... You'll very happily be oblivious to your work duties.

That time again... They each got 1 pea to try today... They seemed to like them but I am not sure how much actually made it into a ducky belly.

Allie: 6.4oz up 23%

Latte: 4.7oz up 21%

Casey: 4.6oz up 24%

A little more ducky tongue...

And the squeeee picture of the session:

LOVED THIS!!! What were those little bits they were eating?

Incidentally, your squee was heard at our house. .. And the 'lings thank you.

I know it. I cannot stand this pic, Yvonne. It is a classic. Look at the baby all teensy in his hand with her webs and her round belly exposed. Then her little head and eyes. Such a sweet face. How did she stay still for that. Or was she wiggling and you had to take a bunch of pics to get that one?

It is the picture I first saw that actually caused my out of breath and very loud response to the point I got light headed,

She wriggled a lot and cheeped loudly but when we started talking to her she calmed right down. Cannot remember how many tries it took to get that particular pic. So much cute in such a tiny little package.

I can barely handle it this time around. These guys will get their naps in and as soon as we peek around the corner in our kitchen and start talking to them, they'll come racing up to the mesh opening and start cheping to be let out. When we pick up anything near them, they tilt their heads and check out what we are doing. This set of 'lings seems way more curious, interactive and social than even our "puppy ducks" Noir + Mystique. And they hung out with us as soon as we got home from work.

As to your question a few pages back if the little girls squirm when I give them kisses, I'd have to say no, not really. I take them out of the brooder and kiss their little heads. When they go to sleep on the blanket with us, whichever body part is available gets a kiss. They don't care - maybe they can sense that they're safe and loved. They even get head and cheek scritches from us and don't try to get away. I love this right now. Just wish they wouldn't grow up quite so quickly... Going back to work next week will be extra tough.

Well it has been nearly a week that we have had the 'lings (tomorrow around 5:30am would be dead on, but close enough). I thought I would take a special photo for perspective:

One week ago:

Today:

An interesting item... When we clean out the brooder (it only takes about 2 minutes before it is ready for the 'lings to go back in with new towels and a single water drinker - then we get the rest of the work done with them in the brooder) we put them in a box not much bigger than this and they stay in it calmly. When I put them in this box they were scrambling to get out of it. I wonder if they thought they were going to get shipped again and maybe that wasn't a great idea as far as they were concerned...
