Even cedar is not so bad, it's just not ideal. Prolonged cedar shaving exposure MAY cause cancer RARELY. It also MAY cause allergic reactions (more common). Even if you accidentally grabbed a cedar bag you could use it with relative safety, just don't make a habit out of it.

Ok thankyou i was worried because i know that cedar shavings are toxic
If you cant tell i am new at this lol 😆

Like mouse said, its not that bad. to add to her statement, cedar has a strong odor and therefore can cause respiratory issues. It does repel insects though.

@Fishychix Warm bath warm! They're not dead until they're warm and dead - especially in the skull area. I'm very sorry. :( It happens to the best of us.
How long should this take? They still feel quite cold. Im trying to resist opening the towel a lot but dont want to not check on them.

Oof, I have run them under water for an awfully long time. If you're at it for more than about 1/2hr-45min and they haven't moved or taken a breath it's not looking good.

Yeah, I was afraid of that. They wont go to waste though. The biology teacher will take them for the snakes. I checked even before breeding because I cant stand the thought of just throwing them away.
