well, i have 2 sets of family over for 4th of july, one hasnt come over in years. i figure they will go home and never come back cuz of the poo on the ground

the other, only 2 of the 4 from the family came down (others had to work) so i figure they will go home and tell the others what hicks we are cuz our chickens walk all around the property! lol

To the people who throw a fit at the sight of animal poo or anything else in the yard, hand them a shovel, rake and a bucket and tell them they are free to pick it up if it bothers them. That is how I handled my brother-in-law one time when he came over and the house was not up to his standards. I was overwhelmed at the time and the housekeeping had suffered. I just handed him a mop, broom and a cleaning rag and told him to attack whatever bothered him. To his credit he did. Next time he came over though he kept his mouth shut. Of course things were in a little better shape by then too.
