Are you sure it is fertile, it just got very damaged in shipping? That seems more likely to me. You can rat out shipped eggs because of hatch rates. How where they packaged? If they shipped them on a Wednsday or later you can mention that, since the postal service doesn't work on Sundays, and weekends vary by location. A lot of damage can be done in an hour unfortunately. I ordered Serama eggs from a seller 4 hours away, and every one except for 3 had detached air cells. They were packed very well. Wrapped in paper towels, and they used compressed shavings to pack them rather than foam, but it worked just as well it seemed. As long as the eggs were packed well, the seller has no control over then once they leave their hands.
