there's a few to hold you over til imagecave releases my pictures again... they said i uploaded too many for one day... they'll release them soon i hope...

last night we made all the roosts higher and all the poop boards.... gave them a lot more floor space doing it that way

I haven't read through the entire thread so forgive me for being redundant if someone has already mentioned this... With the window shutters hinged up at the angle in the pictures you might end up with rain running down them and into the window/coop. If you raise them so that the slant is away from the coop then the water will drain away. Adding some waterproof flashing at the wall/cover junction would give a little more insurance, too.
