~The Council Of Youngers of BYC! (COY)~

Oh God, I am trying to format it now. Word is killing me here. I DON'T WANT A FOOTER ON THE LAST PAGE. What kind of garbage is this.

Thankfully people here are a bit more courteous when it comes to collective use of the road, it's usually been me so far who's disrupted up the orderly progression of traffic. :p

You should, you'll see lots of cat and Putin memes (not together) and pictures of factories.

The people are the most epic part of it. I've made more friends through German club than I have through classes. (I literally have like five friends from spending several hours a day for half a year around the same group of people :p They're all from last semester too, besides the girl I shared my knack for chemistry practicals with last week (I always end up finishing chemistry practicals like an hour early and get 14.5+ out of 15, despite the incessant feeling that a great oversight has been made on my part and that there are hundreds of places I would rather be.) She finished a practical early for the first time ever as well, it must be contagious. Teamwork on individual pracs for the ultimate win. (It definitely beats teamwork on team pracs, where the teamwork feels more like a burden than an innovative choice).

(we were recrystallising shiny stuff. There's a picture of it a little way down on my blog, a link to which is provided on profile page.)

You're finally into the fun part huh? Hope it lives up to your greatest expectations and you'll learn something interesting every day. :p

Many presents. It was like Christmas in August the other day. Trotsky wasn't feeling very generous though, and just mooched around under the trees while the young ones dropped bombs all over the paved area in front of the house, with a seeming preference for hard-to-reach areas such as underneath the table and the swing.

Ah, hard choices. Well I'm glad it was good for you. It's always nice to be able to afford things. :p I shall have to see those photos sometime. It has been a while since I saw any wonderful landscapes of the natural world - even the picturesque creek at the botanic gardens is artificial and it's like a glorified stormwater drain. (The wetlands with the stepping stones are nice though.)

I bet the tent put up a good fight though, those things can be quite sturdy - although usually when it's time to take them down and not when they're meant to be protecting their occupants. :p

Hehehe, I'm sure the new kitchen will look great. We tore out and redid our kitchen five years ago and it was like someone had taken a wand to the house and filled it with sunshine and space.

I can't wait. Feed me every fascinating detail.
:pop

I really need to follow this thread more often. >.>

Fairy magic.

I hope that it may be!

Argh, mostly it is that I hate schedules and sticking to them. And homework. And projects. And speeches and papers and school....

I have-eth a cottage!?

... Someone had a cottage. Who had a cottage? I was shouting about a cottage once and Spock told me to calm down and there was a cottage. I remember this. It was a thing.

Fierlin, you are a busy person!

I believe it was wooingwyandotte who had a cottage. :caf *repeats* Calm down.. You sound like you're getting exited about it all over again. :p

If you do that he'll leave. XD

LOL your point?

The point is that now that someone's said I might leave, I shall superglue my paws to this thread. ...And get a force shield. xD Usually I'm the one trying to attack you, but plan to stay in place and defend myself this time. :tongue

Indeedy. Recently I have stressed myself out to the point of my consciousness being like a building filled with sacks of AN and a couple of tanks of diesel which someone stupid has decided to take a match to (and also someone stupid decided to put sacks of AN and a couple of tanks of diesel together in the same building). I swore, no more. I did implore, myself to pore, over what's in store, to live on for.

...And yeah, that wasn't it. :p

Yes, you do. And if you do it enough we can act out Return of the King, except it would be Return of the Chatty Cockerel.

You know what cottages to do me, okay?

I think those public schoolers gave me cooties. I feel awful but I have an essay to write and half a chapter of chemistry and a whole chapter of LA to read.

Not a cold already, you were supposed to last for another week...public school has given me a formal education in English, Spanish, maths, science, social studies, physical athletics, music, and computers, but has also given me the added bonus of an informal education in disease spreading patterns. At our schools, a sudden cold outbreak is normal after the first few weeks. Then it get better until about thanksgiving...

I spread the flu around uni for a bit, although someone must've given it to me. There were a couple of weeks back then when seemingly everybody was sick. That was week 1-2, so about the same :p Now the sun has lurched out of its extended slumber and illuminated the southern hemisphere once more, dissipating the shadows where contagion likes to dwell.

I am not going to get sick for the first day of school despite a family member being sick. I am not going to get sick, I am not going to get sick...
