~The Council Of Youngers of BYC! (COY)~

lol, just read Littleblu's post with a *'d out word a page back and was like, wait a minute... O.O
A few things popped into mind, :gig

Anyways, glad that was not the ride. I do think we have what you're talking about though, at one of our nearby theme parks.
We just call it the chair ride. Creative, right?

So I'm writing an essay where I have to write about teenagers and adults disagreeing about something and argue for the teenager perspective. ... My mom has brainwashed me much too effectively, because my essay is nothing but *ahem* bovine excrement that I don't even believe.

It bothers me when I am forced to write like this. I keep telling myself that staying true to my beleifs is much more important than grades. *digs up her old essay on the topic of "The importance of happiness in one's life" which completly says in the least offensive way possible happiness should come last, not first*

Is there anything at all you'd be on the 'teenager' side for?

For example, I know the current generation is a lot more conscious about recycling and looking after the environment (going 'green' is getting trendy and everything) whereas the older folks who grew up back in the times of unchecked economic growth who are just used to throwing stuff away are less likely to care that much.

At least that's how it's like with people I know...

A lot of young people are also likely to be more open-minded and accept different sorts of people instead of shun them for their life choices/race/other things.

Just a few ideas. :)

That's incredibly true! The people I'm around are very diligent about recycling when I don't see MOST of the older generation care
