NO I do not like him back, he's one of my BFFs. he's just been acting differnt. Telling me im "speical" to him. He's never said that before?! Its freaking me out.

Definite sign of attraction. If you don't like him back, then tell him. Make sure to show him that you still like him as a friend, but you don't want a relationship upgrade. Be gentle with these things above all, but don't be a doormat.
