Laidan let go of him, and stumbled up against the wall of the hut. Regaining her balance, she sighed and glanced down at her feet akwardly. "Thank you," She said lightly. Laidan turned towards the village, her lush brown hair falling into her face, before stopping a moment and turning back to Leo. She lightly kissed him on the cheek in a thank you, lasting but a few moments, before turning once again and limping quickly back to the village.

He grinned , and turned to his for of the big black stallion. Seaweed in tangled into his soft black mane.

Epona drank water from the icy cold river, her soft nose submerged in it. She pawed at the ground with her bone colored hooves, the pale blue feathering on them sopping wet.



"Laidan! Come over here! There are more berries near the forest," Laidan looked over at her sister, Brighid, who was standing in a small clump of bushes several feet away from the forest. "Alright!" She called back, holding her piece of thick cloth used for gathering berries close to her stomach. Laidan carefully ran over to Brighid, jumping easily over rocks in her way. "Look, look! There are so many berries here, we could make so many pies with them!" Brighid said joyfully, clapping her hands together in an excited way. "Yes, we could, but we have to gather them first silly." Laidan said, chuckling lightly as she began to pick berries off of the bush.

As she glanced up, she caught Laidan doing something very odd. Laidan would occasionley glance out the side of her eyes at the forest, as if she were watching for something. Intruiged by what her older sister was doing, Brighid looked over as well. "Laidan, do you ever wonder what might be out there?" She asked innocently. Laidan, blown aback by her sister's question, stopped her work. "Always, do you?" "Yes." Laidan nodded at Brighid's response.
