i work as a gate agent. i did fly to new port news virgina, to pick up my puppy from a total stranger, i met from here BYC.....

I fly Southwest because there is no baggage fee and their ticket prices are always the lowest. I don't care for the A B C seating thing, but I do it to save money. They are always on time and they don't charge to change a ticket.
