No, I should have mentioned I only put them in it when I'm outside with them. It needs moved every so often anyway.

Well if you're outside with them why don't you free range? We have all the predators and free range in the evening with us out. Obviously strapped with guns lol

Because my neighbor has had fox come up and grab his free range chickens with him outside in plain sight...twice.

Sounds like yall need to set some traps if fox come out with people standing there and taking chickens. I've had 1 fox try it and 3 shots in the air he hasn't returned.

help! Today I witnessed a red fox grab one of my baby chickens in broad daylight. My chickens are free range during the day and are locked up at night. After witnessing this I got everyone in and realized several more were taken as well. How do I get rid of this predator? I can't let them out until this thing is caught. He will pick them all off.

Shoot or trap it but they are very intelligent. Good Luck
