    They are adorable! I hav 4 golden 300's on order, I cant wait! yours are just precious. Im new here so I cant answer your question. I have been reading these threads for days hoping to come across someone else who has them to find out how its working out, but yours is the first post I have come across that has more than a passing reference to them. I also ordered straight run, so I dont know how many males or females I will get. they will be a surprise, Its better than Christmas!

    The brooder is warming up and ready for the ducklings to arrive tomorrow morning!

    I've already given clients fair warning that I won't be available ALL MORNING tomorrow. I just hope they show up on time!

    I'm new to the whole backyard chickens/ducks thing. Today we got 8 baby chickies! I was wondering what ducks can provide and if they are a good idea to keep. Any Thoughts?

    Great eggs, great meat, great fun and great messes :)
    I have to add that I'm starting to prefer my ducks over my chickens for a lot of reasons, they're just different.

    and a commitment of around 10-12 yrs if you keep them for pets.
