I'm going down in a few minutes to grab her and the babies. The whole family is going in the duck barn!!!! Though, she does have a mobile cage surrounding her and the babies! We made one because all our ducks free range, therefore lay wherever! This cage will go around the next momma and clutch when I figure out how far along her eggs are!

I can safely say 6 so far., Momma is keeping everyone safely tucked underneath,so, I can't see the rest. There was 11 eggs, all viable 5 days ago. For a first timer, she did really well! Her mom is my avatar... She is one of 13 babies out of 8 eggs!

That avatar always amazes me that is a mess of babies. lol you'll have to explain 13babies out of 8 eggs that's confusing me.

Twins?? I have seen where others have had twins in 1 egg but they always died. That is amazing.

The best I can say, momma knew what to do. Also, when I collect eggs for hatching, I never try the blue ones. The blues are Peeps, almost every blue I've opened to eat is double!
