Posting a few new pictures! Got a nice example of three Easter Egg colors! The green one was a double yolker!

Also, I put a tree in my chicken pen for them to use as a perch! I only caught one on it in this picture, but this morning there were around 7 or 8! It's like a new jungle gym!

Does anybody else have crested E.E.?

I would really love to see pictures of some, I have 8 eggs in the bator and hopefully a couple dozen more later this month. The 8 are polish x E.E. x Araucana, so i am really hoping for at least 1 rumpless and crested chick!

I love mutts, my dog is one, I am one, so why not reflect that in the chicken house!

I do have the utmost respect for breeders of quality, purebreeds, and I will support them by buying their hatching eggs! Hopefully someday in the future, I will have a bigger facitilty and be able to have multiple pens, but...

Hi everyone! Haven't been on here lately. Just to let all that know my EE, Zucchini, she laid her first egg on Monday, and it's BLUE! No, not green, BLUE. And it's very pretty! Just wanted to stop by and say hello.

Nice variety of colors you have there! I have a half EE- half black austrolop(sp?) hen that lays what I term O.D. Green eggs like your's. How cool to have chickens that lay such a wide spectrum of colored eggs!! If only someone could breed a hen that lays orange or purple eggs...

I'm pretty excited, I'm putting 5 BWA X EE eggs in lockdown tonight! should have chicks sunday! Can't wait to see what colors I get!
