Well.....where's the pic! I love the ones who wear eyeliner! Attitude? OK hand it over!
Rusty Chocolate huh? Hmmm now I want some more Nutella Katy. Funny I have a bator full of gorgeous BCM's and all I can see in there are those pretty Rusty Chocolates. My eyes just fall onto them each time I look in.

That chick looks just like the Odd Feathered Chicks that some of us have hatched from Jubaby! (we call them Silkied Ameracaunas, but the verdict is still out)
Wow, Mine should feather out to be a splash. I wonder what yours will look like. Aren't the EE's gorgeous?

I may have one of your Rusty Chocolates . . . I think. One of the two week olds that you hatched has that color head and I don't have anything else of that color . . . think it's possible you gave me one by mistake?

That's too funny, because rusty chocolate was the exact description that popped into my mind when I saw those gorgeous chicks. I can't wait to see them mature

I jus wanted to show off my "surprise" that I had in my incubator on Tues. I have a free-range flock of EE's, Barred Rocks, and 1 Blue Andalusian(rooster). Anyways, I'm guessing that the BA is the daddy. I wonder what he/she will look like when he/she feathers out. It looks like he/she already has a beard. Any ideas?

Do you have a blue EE hen? If so blue mated to blue can give you splash, which is certainly what your chick looks like.

ETA: beautiful chick.

Nope. No blue EE's the only blue bird in the flock is the Blue Andalusian. I got another blue chick too, but that one has a single comb, so I assume it is not an EE. I think he/she is beautiful too....thx.

Probably! That is too funny Katy. I had so many chicks in there and just started grabbing ones that looked like they were EE's cause I figured they were yours. OK who knows what they are. Hopefully not those funny colored marans!
