I have Wheaten Ameraucana boys over Delaware females and so far all the females end up buff and all the boys end up white like a Delaware. It does take about a week for you to tell... it's not right from hatch.

I need help sexing these EE's please...

I got pics this morning; of my six total that hatched, I KNOW that one black and two blues are boys... these three are in question and I'm afraid they are all boys too.

They are 7 weeks old.

I have a ton of EE growing out that are 1/2 lav, Daddy was a Lav Am Roo. They are all kinds of colors, White, Black, Blue and Red, but no lavenders.... Now if I breed them together I will get some Lavender EE or if I put a lavender roo in the EE pen I will Lav EE... Had not really thought about doing that.... Hum.... another project color to play with? OH and I think I have a Lavender Roo growing out too... not related either....

The daddy of these ones too was a Lav Ameraucana male. The females are very pretty EE's.

I need to get more eggs... if I'm lucky I'll get one or two females out of this group and one or two females out of my other group of 15...

I'm keeping one of the "Blue" boys I guess, the one that's real pretty... unless one of my REAL little lavenders turn out to be a boy then I'll keep that one instead, but lets hope those are both girlies.
