The EE braggers thread!!!

Moonchild Looks as if you have similar troubles with roosters. I was hoping to wait until both og my large fowl males would make it to the ripe old age of two and half years and be mellow. But the big beautiful Ameraucana was beating on my lovely BLR NN who appearded as if he had had brain damage and I needed to put him down. I could not tolerate the White Am after that so there goes my hopes to raise NN/EEs.

Your EE hen was beautiful ! I hope that you will have some pretty offsprings from you pretty young rooster and hope that he stays sweet for you. Testosterone does change their personality.

This is my first year with chickens. I have Black Austrlorps, speckled Sussex Roo, Buff Orpington, SLW, GLW, Amber White, Cuckoo Marans, Mottled Java, and then noticed I had not tried any EEs. So my last 4 to get were EEs, and they are quickly becoming my favs. 3 pullets (I hope) and 1 accidental Roo

Pretty!

I'm ready to try for another pullet but car battery dead (kid left door loose enough) and I'm going to try for one of the brown/black like your girls so I can' "guarantee" female. My luck lately, however, I'd end up with a 3rd EE roo. LOL

This is Chickeel... and at 21 weeks, she is already a complete ham for attention!

And this is Sprunch... the kindest Roo ever! He will cluck and bob to let his ladies know where all the treats are! A true gentleman...

Losobug ~~ I have EE's the same age! well, one is an OE I think... But yours are gorgeous! I do love the color combinations you have...

Hi all, new to this thread but I absolutely LOVE my EEers. They are my prettiest birds for sure! They don't really love human attention, despite my best attempts to socialize them, but that's OK, I have some Buff Orps that love to be held ;)
Here's Martha, she's 10 weeks old:

Apparently I don't have a single picture of Lay-a! She's kind of a brat though and never lets me touch her or come close. It's OK, Martha is much prettier with the white in her beard :)
