Lavender... I'm so jealous. I just placed a order for more Americaunas. lol When I was given those roosters It was my first chickens. I didn't know one from another, just that I wanted to get some hens to go with them. I started out with 4 EE and 1 leghorn pullets. 2 of the EE's turned out to be Roos so I exchanged them for a EE hen and Wyandotte, then added 2 ausrulorps, and another leghorn. One of the leghorns is laying and I can't wait to see what colors the EE's give me. I ordered more because of the beautiful variety in color. They should be in the end of March some time. I have also ordered 5 Barred Rock, 3RIR, and 2 Buff Orp's. I just want a pretty colorful verity of birds. I have 3 roos to keep happy.
No one could convince me that my boy in the pic above isn't beautiful and he is as sweet as can be.

I thought blue and black are dominate but then so is mahogany or the red in mix that makes the sex link so I guess both will be present ? Best idea is to go to the gentics threads .

blue (and splash) are a dilute of black. Chickens have 2 basic colors, black and red. Then there are all sorts of diluters, enchancers, etc to make them all different colors.
the sexlink is a hybrid, you will get different colors from it, since you said it is a gold(red) sexlink, you should get varying amounts of white and buff chicks, depending on what you breed it to.

I think I have it figured out, the sex link must be carrying the Dominant white gene, White covers black well, but not red colors. Thus one black chick, one white chick.
At least you have a variety huh. So far I just used a blue rooster and all of his offsprings are blue. I hope my gold laced Polish learns how to be rooster some day ! sigh
