Well, TECHNICALLY you can

If the rooster breeds a hen and chicks hatch, the father is at least partly responsible for all eggs laid by the offspring of those chicks and all eggs laid by THEIR offspring, etc, etc, etc because without him, they wouldn't exist to lay eggs

Is anyone incubating any EEs at the moment?

I have six EEs and 12 Ameraucanas (one or two of which may be OEs if the blue splash Marans actually did manage to get him some like I think he might have)... I'm hoping my incubator thermostat failure (wasn't getting hot enough, though the thermostat swore it was and wouldn't go higher) didn't cause problems. I expect I'll only have a partial hatch, though
