The EE braggers thread!!!

Hi there, this is my first post, ever really  But I just wanted to show off my little EE, Madame Poule. She's about 20 weeks now and she's one of a flock of 3 chickens total, all different breeds. She's the sweetest thing ever and the only one of the three that enjoys being held. I love looking at all the different EEs on this thread!

and this was her at 2 weeks old :D
She is beautiful!!

well looks like I'm one of the unlucky Easter Egger moms whos girl lays boring cream colored eggs. Eleanor was in and out of the coop this afternoon squawking and stuff, including sitting in the nest box. I went out for a while and came home to an egg in the yard and it was cream. My 2 current layers had already laid today and lay brown eggs, the only other chicken is a Welsummer who hasn't shown much sign of being close to laying, though all 4 are the same age so I have to assume it was the EE. Super bummed. :(

My newest little bantam EE named Snow is 23 weeks I was hoping for a green egg from her but I think she may be my new egg layer, laying tiny light brown eggs.

Aw that's a bummer. But EEs in them selves are great regardless of egg color, that's just the bonus. Congrats on her first egg.
X2. I keep easter eggers for there personality not their egg color. And i hatch eggs from them, many people enjoy the little chicks and colored eggs they get from then once they grow up.

I remember you posting picture of her and she is really pretty. Is she more the size of an LF or bantam?
